{Organize files} File Commander can help with moving, copying, or deleting the files. Occasionally, I back up my e-mailbox stuff (e-mail addresses, saved e-mails, sent e-mails, etc.). Using File Commander's wizard, I created a command to copy these files into my backup directory. Whenever I need to run it, I just click on the command and it takes care of itself. Think about the file management tasks you do often, and consider creating an automated process for them and save time.
