PPPCD lets anyone distribute a PowerPoint 97/2000 compatible presentation on an autorun CD. The program is very easy to use; all you have to do is replace the supplied sample presentation with yours and burn everything on a CD, using your favorite CD burning software. When the CD is inserted, it will automatically launch a welcome screen and start the presentation. If the user does not have PowerPoint installed, it will offer to install the PowerPoint viewer (included). PPPCD has been tested with PowerPoint 97/2000 presentations and presentations created in Sun's StarOffice that were exported to the PowerPoint format. A Deluxe (commercial) version of PPPCD is also available, which offers several advanced features (including PowerPoint 2002/XP support) that are not included in the free version. The free version, however, is perfectly suitable for most home users. [MWA]
